Next Leader

Next Leader is a four-day immersive program that helps leaders shift their mindset from functional expertise to enterprise impact. Through a real-world simulation and live board presentation, participants experience the difference in leadership at the C-suite level in a safe, constructive environment.

Next Generation Leadership is a 12-month program designed to prepare executives for CEO succession or to amplify their impact as C-suite leaders. DIscussions are moderated by sitting and former Global 1000 CEOs, giving participants a close look into the responsibilities, demands, and realities of the role.

Next Generation Director is a 12-month board readiness program for racially and ethnically diverse executives. Built in partnership with Russell Reynolds Associates, the program is led by an external advisory board of sitting board directors, who provide coaching, ongoing workshops, and intentional community building.
