Next Generation Leadership
Elevating C-suite Impact
Next Generation Leadership is the premier development program for top C-suite executives at major public and private companies. Developed and led by seasoned CEOs, the program equips participants with the tools to amplify their leadership impact and become indispensable partners to their chief executives.

Unlike academic programs focused on case studies, Next Generation Leadership is firmly rooted in the real dynamics of corporate leadership today. Participants gain unfiltered access to top CEOs and other seasoned practitioners who have led through major challenges and transformations, and provide precision guidance to help elevate participants’ executive capabilities and influence.

Next Generation Leadership participants:

  • Gain an insider’s perspective on the demands and realities of the CEO role.
  • Develop practical, field-tested skills to drive greater impact in the C-suite.
  • Emerge with a refined leadership style suited to their company, industry, and personality.
Learn More
Next Generation Leadership participants are CEO direct reports at organizations with annual revenues of more than $1 billion. The selection process is competitive: Each cohort is capped at 40 high-impact executives who are sponsored by their CEO, CHRO, or board.
