Next Leader is a six-month immersive program that helps leaders shift their mindset from functional expertise to enterprise impact. Through a four-day, real-world simulation, followed by six months of virtual programming, participants experience the difference in leadership at the C-suite level in a safe, constructive environment. Next Leader is taught entirely by sitting and former C-suite leaders.

Next Generation Leadership is a 12-month program designed to prepare executives for CEO succession and to amplify their impact as C-suite leaders. Discussions are moderated by sitting and former Global 1000 CEOs, giving participants a close look into the responsibilities, demands, and realities of the role.
